Reference Number 0000425313 The Village of Beverly Hills, Michigan is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for a two-year term contract for sidewalk slab replacement services throughout the Village. Work shall include the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk slabs, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps where directed, restoration, disposal of materials, traffic and pedestrian control, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project. The intent of this contract is to provide the Village with sidewalk repair and replacement services on an as-needed basis for the 2026 and 2027 construction seasons. The Village annually undertakes sidewalk replacement activities to maintain safe pedestrian infrastructure throughout the community. This contract shall provide unit pricing for sidewalk replacement and related concrete work over a two-year term. The estimated annual quantity of sidewalk replacement work may range from approximately 6,000 to 9,000 square feet annually; however, no minimum quantity is guaranteed under this contract. Work locations will vary throughout the Village and will be identified by the Public Works Department Question Acceptance Deadline : 06/10/2026 11:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Village.
