Renovation of a water / sewer project in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and any other appurtenances necessary to supply new bypass pumps at each pump station operated by the Lowndes County Board of Commissioners. This includes the design, fabrication, and delivery of the bypass pumps and associated equipment. The completion time allotted for the work is 150 consecutive calendar days and all work must comply with the provided plans and specifications. The contract will be awarded as a single contract. Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder's Affidavit of Compliance with O.C.G.A. _13-10-91, participate in the federal E-Verify work authorization program, and comply with affirmative action requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may do so if bids are nonresponsive, unbalanced, conditional, or if the bidder is deemed unqualified or fails to meet necessary standards or criteria. All questions regarding the proposal should be submitted in writing to ahowell@cartersloope.com by May 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time. Award is subject to final approval.
