Reference Number 0000425203 Phase I of the Project consists of sewer lining improvements, including pipeline cleaning and preparation, CCTV inspection, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner installation, traffic control, bypass operations, and related appurtenance work, in accordance with Specification No. 3976 and Plan Nos. 3-1590 and 3-1595. Phase II consists of on-call sewer and storm drain lining services for existing infrastructure on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Number of Contract Working Days: 365 Working Days Amount of Liquidated Damages: $6,700 per Calendar Day Engineerís Estimate The preliminary cost of construction of this Work is in the range of $5,000,000 to $5,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to award all or any individual part/item of the Bid, and to waive any informalities, irregularities or technical defects in such Bids and determine the lowest responsible Bidder, whichever may be in the best interests of the City.
