This project provides funding to replace and/or rehabilitate County bridges based on the Maryland State Highway Administration sufficiency ratings. It also provides funding for small scale and emergency capital repairs to various bridges located throughout the County. This project is also used to inspect and improve/replace pedestrian bridges to better facilitate pedestrian access and mobility. As of June 26, 2026, this project is included in the County's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). It is currently in the design phase.
