The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to perform complete full tear-off roof replacement services at designated residential structures. The work includes removal of existing roofing systems down to the structural roof deck and installation of a complete new roofing assembly in accordance with Florida Building Code requirements, local jurisdiction requirements, manufacturer installation specifications, ASTM standards, NRCA Roofing Manual recommendations, OSHA safety requirements, and accepted roofing industry best practices. The intent of this Scope of Work is to establish minimum workmanship, material, installation, inspection, and performance requirements for a complete and watertight roofing system.
