Description

Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 169,000-square-foot, eight-story above grade municipal facility; for the addition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project involves the consolidation of the Staten Island Family Court program. The work includes constructing an eight-story new addition at 10 Hamilton Avenue, a full renovation of the existing historic court building at 100 Richmond, and a full renovation of the adjacent unoccupied building at 55 Stuyvesant, including the forecourt and courtyard spaces. The entire campus will encompass approximately 169,000 gross square feet.
