Trade contract tenders are requested for the City of Cranbrook Childcare Facility at 20 17th Ave, N, Cranbrook BC. The project involves the construction of a new single storey, slab on grade, prefabricated wood frame and CLT panel childcare center, adjacent to the existing Western Financial Place, including new landscaping and outdoor child play areas. The following trade contracts are included: cast in place concrete, prefabricated wood framing, CLT panels supply, dampproofing, architectural woodwork, preformed metal siding, modified bituminous membrane roofing, glazed aluminum curtain wall/windows/glazing, doors/frames/hardware supply, insulation/gypsum/steel stud framing/acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting, mechanical, electrical, site clearing/excavation/fill, civil work, and landscaping/irrigation. Submissions must use the specified Trade Contractor Tender submission form and can be delivered by email or in a sealed envelope, with required bid bonds or surety if applicable. Emailed revisions or a signed letter indicating changes will be accepted until tender closing. Bidders are responsible for adhering to the submission deadline, being aware of any addenda, and following the specified format, as tenders in other formats or with additions/omissions may be rejected.
