Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: The project consists of replacing the guide rail system and one pump, electrical improvements and a new generator at Lift Station No. 1, replacing the guide rail system and one pump, electrical improvements and a new generator at Lift Station No. 2, replacing one pump and electrical improvements at the existing West Oak Lift Station, and replacing one manhole. The Owner will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the Owner. Such considerations may include multiple awards from one solicitation. MBE (18.6%), WBE (6.9%) Completion- 180 consecutive calendar days Question Deadline 06/04/2026 Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as required for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Drawings and Specifications may not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. +Additional details required for the completion of the project are to be provide by the CONTRACTOR and coordinated with the ENGINEER. Award is subject to final approval.
