Renovation of a parking garage in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The PRIMARY WORK to be performed under this contract includes, at a minimum Remove a portion of the existing overlay and protective membrane Perform repairs to the concrete waffle slabs Construct a new membrane and overlay. This work is shown on the plans and will definitely be performed as part of this contract. The following work will be performed IF AND WHERE DIRECTED: Survey the asphalt in the entire upper parking area to locate striping and obtain elevations on a 25 grid for resurfacing. Remove the entire existing overlay and membrane in the upper parking lot. Perform Type 2 deck repairs as necessary. Install a new membrane on the entire upper parking lot. Repave and restripe the entire upper parking lot with striping to match existing. Reference Number 0000425357 for Rehabilitation for the Mercer County Parking Garage at Market and Cooper Streets, located in the City of Trenton, Mercer County. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract and awarded to one contractor.
