The work includes demolition, partial reconstruction, installation of cabinets and coatings, as well as upgrades to plumbing, ventilation and electrical systems. The contractor must provide all materials, labour and equipment required in accordance with plans and specifications. He is responsible for checking the existing conditions and carrying out the work according to the rules of art and standards in force. The work must be carried out according to the planned schedule, including a complete cleaning and a guarantee of the works.
