The City of Dayton, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Disaster Debris Management and Monitoring Services on an as needed basis for a three-year contract in accordance with applicable local, State, and Federal Emergency Management regulations. In order to properly respond, bidders must submit a PDF version of their proposal and three hard copies. The PDF can be emailed to the city secretary, and hard copies mailed if necessary. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside with the specified project information and received by the stated deadline. The City reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or formalities.
