Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spencerport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; stadium; educational facility; and educational facility.

Sealed proposals are sought for work on multiple contracts consisting of alterations to several district buildings, including Spencerport High School, Cosgrove Middle School, Bernabi Elementary School, Canal View Elementary School, Munn Elementary School, Taylor Elementary School, pressbox/bleachers, baseball and softball dugouts. Bids are requested for the following prime contracts: Site Work, General Construction Work, Plumbing Work, Mechanical Work, and Electrical Work. Bids shall be submitted in writing using the forms provided by the architect. Bid packages must be clearly marked with the contract being bid. Drawings, specifications, and bid forms may be obtained from Rotolite Elliott, with documents available digitally for a non-refundable cost. Prospective bidders may also obtain paper copies at their own cost.
