Materials are to be shipped to 30508 SW Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri and must include all shipping and handling fees. Bids should be submitted to Cass County Road & Bridge at the provided address. All bidders must purchase plans through Great River Engineering and be on the planholder's list in order to submit a bid. Cass County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to determine the best value for selection.
