The City of Gallatin is seeking bids for a High Density Mineral Bond Pavement Application. All bids must be made on the blank form of proposal attached hereto. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "BID - HIGH DENSITY MINERAL BOND PAVEMENT APPLICATION - CITY OF GALLATIN." Bids arriving after the announced opening time or absent of the aforementioned markings will not be accepted. All questions or explanations requested by Bidders shall be submitted in writing to the City in ample time to permit consideration before the bid date.
