Freeman Road Culvert Construction Johnson County Fiscal Court is Seeking Sealed Bids for the Supply and Construction of the Low Water Crossing and Box Culvert That Will Adhere to Engineering Designs Already Provided. Johnson County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Johnson County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
