Description

Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Health (HE0) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Third-Party Delivery of Long-Term Care, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The Successful Proponent(s) will be responsible for the delivery of long-term care services and the ownership, maintenance, and facility operations, including the provision of all care services for either or both of the following. 1. 135 bed long-term care home in Estevan, Saskatchewan; and 2. 60 bed long-term care home in Watson, Saskatchewan, (facility to include development of health centre with lease to existing providers). The Successful Proponent(s) will deliver modern long-term care services that provide safe, high quality resident care, meet all provincial standards, and address both current and future long-term care needs in Estevan and/or Watson.
