Renovation of a municipal facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,600-square-foot municipal facility.
Leon County is seeking the services of a contractor licensed in the State of Florida as both a General Contractor and Roofing Contractor to furnish and install a standing seam roofing system over the existing roof, including replacement of gutters and downspouts replacement of the Leon County Sheriff's Office, Fleet Building. The current Fleet building roof is approximately 9,600 square feet, installed in the late 1980's, and is currently a corrugated metal roof over standard 1.5-inch bagged insulation connected to a combination of Z purlins and C purlins. The bagged insulation is mostly intact, and the building currently has chain operated ridge vents. HVAC was added to the shop area.
