The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from experienced, qualified, and responsible contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility to construct new utility infrastructure improvements. This includes the complete and proper replacement of watermain and force main along the project corridor as indicated in the construction drawings and described in the technical specifications. Bidders must submit one original, one unlocked electronic version on a USB flash drive, and one copy of the bid in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the Bidder’s name, solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date, and time. Contact by a Bidder or anyone representing a Bidder with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, or City employee (other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division) regarding this solicitation is grounds for disqualification.
