Supply and deliver BASF ZETAG 7557 Flocculant polymer to the Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility in accordance with specified requirements. The polymer must be a synthetic, high molecular weight cationic polyelectrolyte in micro-bead form, non-dusting, free flowing, completely water soluble, and rapidly dissolving. It must have a high cationic charge and density, be suitable for dewatering sewage and industrial sludges before dewatering on centrifuges, belt presses, and screw presses, and be effective in flocculating mixed and secondary sludge. Product must be equivalent to BASF Zetag 7557 cationic dry micro bead polymer, with specified physical and chemical properties. Packaging is required in 55 pound plastic bags, shrink-wrapped, totaling 1,980 lbs. per pallet. All bid prices must include delivery (FOB Merrimack, NH), with no additional fuel surcharges, and be firm for the contract period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Bids are to be submitted on the provided form, exclude non-applicable taxes, and must be received by the published deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid that best serves its interest. It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm timely receipt of their bid. The Town's purchasing policy is available for review.
