Remodeling of an office development in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
The project consists of sampling all materials associated with the eventual floor retrofits listed below. The anticipated works are related to removal and replacement of the existing floor finishes (carpet tile etc), patching and painting of existing walls, removal and replacement of some existing ceiling tiles. All spaces associated with these levels shall also be sampled (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, washrooms, hallways, etc). There exists a 10 foot perimeter (at exterior walls) on all floor plates that can be excluded from the sampling program as these areas have recently been renovated. Respondents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee Quotation all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
