Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

The work includes the demolition and disposal of the existing three blowers, piping, and accessories in the Facility 2 North Filter Gallery. Install two OWNER-supplied blowers, including transporting blowers from storage location to installation site. Provide and install all ancillary equipment and associated piping, ducting, insulation, housekeeping pads, and other components for a fully operational system. Modify the existing system arrangement as needed to accommodate new equipment locations, piping routing, and system connections. Apply painting, coatings, or insulation to blower piping and ducting. Replace existing power and control cabling between the blower skids, the motor control center, and control panels. Perform start-up and commissioning of all new equipment and associated systems installed. The MANUFACTURER'S authorized representative must be present for final inspection and commissioning. Train OWNER'S personnel on operation and maintenance of the new equipment. QA date - 6-11-2026 Question Submit Online. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
