Complete construction of approximately 9,000 sqft golf cart path as outlined in the specifications and drawings prepared by Kumar and Associates included as Attachment B. 2. Hold weekly meetings with PRG staff to provide updates on project progress. 3. Provide full-time on-site supervision. A supervisor is required to maintain job site and security, ensuring site and equipment is secure after hours and that work, deliveries, and workers always remain inside the work area. 4. Promptly respond to City requests, both routine and emergency. 5. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable City standards and within the agreed timeline. 6. Hold appropriate state and local licenses required to perform construction work. 7. Have financial stability and access to resources needed for the successful completion of this project. 8. Hold a proven safety plan for sites that remain in use during construction. 9. Hold a Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Colorado Secretary of State. 10. Demonstrate experience with similar projects by providing three client references for projects similar in size and scope. 11. All work must be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed.
