Reference Number 0000425423 The City of Knoxville is seeking qualified contractors to provide removal and replacement of playground surfacing at Suttree Landing Park (1001 Waterfront Drive). Work includes the design and installation of compliant surfacing systems, with options for rubber tile and artificial turf, along with associated drainage and safety features. All materials, designs, and installations must meet applicable CPSC, IPEMA, ADA, and ASTM standards.
