McAllen Independent School District invites proposals for the Dorothea Brown Middle School Community Track Parking Lot Project. This project is partially funded by Community Development Block Grant funds and is subject to various federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200; Executive Order 14173; Clause 3 of the HUD Act of 1968; Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968; Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts; and applicable state laws and regulations. Specifications and proposal submissions are to be managed electronically through IonWave. Communication with district personnel regarding the CSP is not permitted and may result in disqualification. All questions must be submitted through the IonWave website. Proposals must include all required line items and response attachments and should be submitted by the stated deadline. The district prefers electronic submission but requires final proposals in hard copy format, submitted in a sealed envelope according to provided instructions.
