This is an advertisement for a procurement opportunity for Whitaker Construction for the Bear Lake Marina Expansion Project - Fee Station and Restroom Building. The project involves the construction of a new single-story entry fee station building which will contain a staff office and an accessible unisex restroom. Additionally, a new single-story public restroom building will be constructed, which will include men's and women's restrooms, multiple showers, a janitor closet, and a utility room. All responses must be directed to the designated individual or office as listed in the Invitation to Bid. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the entire solicitation to comply with any requirements. The Bear Lake Marina Expansion Project involves construction of a new marina facility in Garden City, Utah. The overall project includes a new marina, site improvements, utilities, and associated infrastructure. The Fee Station and Restroom Building were deferred from the original project due to budget constraints; separate funding has since been secured and this work package is now being procured as a stand-alone bid.
