The City of Dothan, Alabama requests proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional and technical engineering services for improvements to the New Cypress Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (CCWWTP). Engineering and construction services for this project will be funded by a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan and must meet all program requirements. Selection will be based solely on demonstrated experience, project approach and methodology, availability and qualification of personnel, scope of engineering services available from the firm, and special qualifications. Fee negotiations will only occur after the City selects the highest-ranked, responsible, and qualified firm. Proposals may be submitted by mail or hand delivery to the office of the Purchasing Agent.
