Renovation of an industrial development in Tavares, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
SECO Energy intends to remove and properly dispose of the existing waterproofing membrane and termination bar, followed by the installation of a new two-ply torch-applied modified bitumen waterproofing membrane system. The replacement system shall include a granular white cap sheet with a minimum total membrane thickness of 3/8 inch, providing a durable, weather-resistant surface designed to protect the structure from moisture intrusion and environmental exposure. The roof installation shall also include a continuous metallic drip edge. All work will take place at 2475 Huffstetler Drive, Tavares, FL 32778. Refer to the attached drawings for roof dimensions, details, and installation requirements. All questions and proposals must be submitted on Vendor Link.
