Sealed bids are requested from qualified vendors to replace the digital scoreboards with LED videoboards at East-West Stadium, 10 Virginia Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554 and Woodcutters Stadium (North Marion High School), 1 N Marion Drive, Farmington, WV 26571. Marion County Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to reject or accept any and/or all items in a proposal, and to award the contract in whole or in part as deemed to be in the best interest of Marion County Schools. Score board would be relocated to the end zone opposite the endzone entrance . 2. Overall size of the board is required to be determined by contractor recommendation . 3. SM Infinity Software (Cloud ware for digital advertising ) compatible with safety and security upgrades with Centegix for public service announcements , and Homeland Security Notifications Systems is required and or comparable software system . 4. Training and support for the approved software program is required . Twice monthly for 24 months as required . 5. The video board display is required to be at least 10ft . in height by 18ft . in width . 6. The new sign will include framing and custom designs and lettering as approved by East Fairmont High School and Fairmont Senior High School . 7. Scoreboard will be required to keep statistics for Soccer , Lacrosse , and Football .
