The scope includes the design of a premier urban skate plaza, skatepark feature design, site civil engineering, urban planning, landscape architecture, structural engineering, public art integration, green stormwater infrastructure, lighting, ADA compliance, and community engagement. The design must adhere to a Maximum Allowable Construction Contract (MACC) of $2,250,000.00. One contract may be awarded under this solicitation.
