Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Questions received less than 7 days prior to the opening of Bids may not be answered. Install Two (2) manholes, 176 LF of 8-inch diameter PVC Sanitary Sewer, with one service connection. Particular Project Requirements 1. Existing site conditions and restrictions: (all excavation is unclassified.) EPA MBE/WBE participation goals MBE 10.9%, WBE 10.4% Installation of approximately 176 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, including two precast concrete manholes, one 1-inch diameter water service, and related incidentals and appurtenances. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond.
