The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to perform Phase 300-700 Professional Services at the Grayling Air-to-Ground (ATG) Gunnery Range. The project is to replace and integrate a new air traffic control tower cab within the existing footprint to eliminate water infiltration into the building and improve functionality and visibility. All design submittals must incorporate and meet the requirements of ANGETL 24-02, ANG Design Objectives and Procedures. Design submittal phases will include: • Phase 300 (A-1, 15% Design Submittal) • Phase 300 (A-2, 35% Design Submittal) • Phase 400 (B-1, 65% Design Submittal) • Phase 500 (B-2, 100% Pre-Final Design Submittal) • Phase 500 (B-3, 100% Final Design) Additional requirements include: • An updated detailed cost estimate to accompany each design submittal • Comprehensive hazardous material survey of the existing facility, including mold investigation • Phase 500 bidding support • Phase 600/700 Construction Administration Proposal responses must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. The total cost for all phases must be entered as the bid amount. Firms are encouraged to combine their technical and cost proposals into one attachment for submission. Attachments may be no larger than 25mb. If issues arise during electronic submission, firms must contact the SIGMA Help Desk before the solicitation deadline. Responses should not be emailed to the Project Director. Approved emailed submissions must be received before the deadline to be considered responsive and responsible.
