The work includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and performing all necessary and incidental work as specified. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-quote/job walk meeting. Quotes must be submitted electronically with all required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, RRP Renovator Certification, and insurance coverage, accompanied by a cover letter. All quotes should be labeled appropriately and it is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure timely delivery per solicitation requirements. Contractors must possess the required licenses and certifications. The awarded contractor must execute a standard contract and provide all required insurance and licensing documentation within two weeks of notification.
