Renovation of a stadium in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Replacement of its motor control stations (PCMs) put into operation between 1975 and 1980 manifesting short circuits in drawers over the years and representing a significant risk to the safety of the maintenance personnel. The PCMs must be replaced with modern equipment that allows for flexible, safe, and energy-efficient motor control and power supply. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2026. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
