Description

Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Pooler, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

The intent is to solicit formal sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the Pooler Elementary School Additions & Renovations Project located at 308 Holly Ave, Savannah GA 31322. The selected firm will enter into a contract with the District in a Construction Management at Risk Agreement with an estimated initial Stated Cost Limitation of $13,000,000. The selected firm will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) after contract award, and if acceptable, a GMP change order will be issued to proceed with project construction. The contract will use the AIA Document A133 - 2019 Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor, where payment is based on the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, as revised by the District and advertised with this solicitation or any subsequent amendment.
