This project involves the construction of the City of Warden's Booster Pump Station. The required work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees to construct the booster pump station with end suction booster pumps, generator, HVAC, instrumentation, plumbing, electrical and telemetry, construction of a CMU building, installation of fencing and water main, connection to the existing water system, testing, commissioning, training, and startup, along with any additional tasks described in the Contract Provisions. The work must be substantially complete within 140 working days following the commencement date as stated in the Notice to Proceed, with possible suspension for equipment delivery lead times. All proposals must be submitted on the provided form and accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Warden and in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Bidders are encouraged to register on the designated website to receive notifications of addenda and be listed as bidders. All work is subject to state prevailing wage rates, and contractors must be licensed in Washington. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities.
