The project involves elevated concourse repair work and curtain wall replacement which will be divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes work along Elm Street to be completed by September 16, 2026. Phase 2 includes work along Church Street with work to be started and completed by September 15, 2027. Contractor shall provide finished deck elevation shop drawings for A/E review and approval. 1.2. Elevation survey of elevated concourse structural slab after removal of existing topping slab and waterproofing membrane. 1.3. Build up concourse structural slab elevations to direct water toward drains and away from expansion joints. 1.4. Localized partial-depth concrete repairs at concourse walls, structural slabs, beams, and columns (vertical, horizontal, and overhead). 1.5. Localized full-depth concrete repairs at concourse walls. 1.6. Localized partial-depth concrete repairs at grade level planter walls. 1.7. Localized partial-depth concrete repairs at interior column along Church Street. 1.8. Rout and seal concrete cracks in concourse walls, structural slabs, beams, and columns. 1.9. Localized partial-depth concrete repairs at Elm Street stair. 1.10. Remove and replace stair topping slabs at stair landings. Contractor shall provide finished deck elevation shop drawings for A/E review and approval. 1.11. Elevation survey of structural slab at stair landings after existing stair topping slab and waterproofing membrane is removed. 1.12. Build up structural slab elevations at stair landings to direct water toward drains and away from expansion joints.
