26th Street and Laurel Road Traffic Signal Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is accepting bids for installation of a new traffic signal located at 26th Street and Laurel Road. The contractor shall be responsible for the installation of city provided equipment to include signal poles, mast arms, controller cabinet, wire, conduit, pull boxes, and detection. Contractor will be responsible for any boring of conduit under the roadway. Contractor will provide anchor bolts and cages for all concrete pole foundations. Contractor will be responsible for the concrete for the pole foundations. Contractor will be responsible for any traffic control needed for the work being performed, Contract will install all conduit and electrical apparatus for electrical service. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any information in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City. City of Rogers reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.
