The scope of work under this RFQ/RFP applies strictly to comprehensive Pre-Construction and Construction Services. The Estimated Construction Budget reflects the cost of the Work only. All "soft costs" including but not limited to architectural and engineering fees, independent testing and commissioning, legal fees, administrative expenses, and district-held contingencies--are excluded from the CMAR's scope of work and are carried separately by the Owner. The total project budget is $19,795,000.00, with an estimated construction budget of approximately $17,000,000.00. Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the Ropes ISD 2025 Bond Projects. Scope includes comprehensive construction services for district-wide improvements and facility modernizations.
