The project involves the Galloping Goose Regional Trail Enhancement and Underground Utility Replacement Projects. The "Utility Replacement Project" includes all work and construction related to the abandonment of existing sewer infrastructure and its replacement with a new sewer, approximately 300 meters in length within the Cecelia Ravine from the Cecelia Road right-of-way to just south of the Gorge Road East overpass. This includes two pipe bridge crossings of Cecelia Creek and other improvements further detailed in the Project Design drawings and specifications. Submissions must be uploaded electronically to the City of Victoria (bonfirehub.ca). All enquiries must be directed to the Senior Buyer at the City of Victoria.
