Site work for a water / sewer project in Ladysmith, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the design, installation and operation of a temporary bypass pumping system, removal of existing Sandy Beach Lift Station discharge piping and installation of new discharge piping, valve boxes and butterfly valves as shown on the contract drawings. Tender documents will be available from Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd., after 11:00 am local time, on Friday May 22nd, 2026. Tenderers shall register at http://www.koers-eng.com/ for digital access to the Tender documents. Tenderers can register by clicking on the Contractor Sign-up link at the bottom of the homepage and following the prompts for registration information. Login information for access to the digital Tender documents will be emailed to Tenderers upon successful completion of Tenderer registration. Tender registration instructions are available by emailing tenders@koers-eng.com. Paper copies of the Tender documents will be made available upon request from Koers & Associates upon payment of $210.00 (incl. GST) per set.
