The Village of Codette invites proposals from qualified contractors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of solar-powered LED park lighting at the J.B. Cadotte Campground in Codette, Saskatchewan. The project aims to improve safety, visibility, and usability within the campground through energy-efficient, self-contained solar lighting systems suitable for Saskatchewan climate conditions. Approximately four (4) lighting units are anticipated, subject to budget and final design. Work includes supply and installation of complete solar lighting systems, including poles, foundations, solar panels, batteries, controllers, LED fixtures, commissioning, testing, and site restoration. Minimum requirements include 2,000-4,000 lumen LED output, 3000K maximum colour temperature, full cut-off fixtures to reduce glare and light spill, dusk-to-dawn operation, CSA-approved components, corrosion-resistant materials, lithium batteries, and minimum five (5) day autonomy without sunlight.
