Renovation of a military facility in Tyndall AFB, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This solicitation seeks a complete and permanent solution to address recurring water intrusion and drainage failures within the men's and women's locker room showers and sauna facilities at the Tyndall Fitness Center, Building 1601. The contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and ancillary items required to fully execute the work defined in the Statement of Work. All construction and corrective actions must be performed in accordance with the contract documents and the most current applicable Federal and State regulations. The requirement will be awarded as a single, firm-fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 238220, with a size standard of $19.0 million. The acquisition is set aside 100 percent for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The magnitude of construction is not expected to exceed $500,000. The solicitation includes an amendment updating the proposal due date to 10 June 2026 at 12:00 PM CST and revising the site visit date to 28 May at 9:30 AM, with all other solicitation terms remaining unchanged. All questions must be submitted no later than 4 June 2026 at 3:00 PM CST, and responses will be posted to SAM.gov via the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
