Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a Water Treatment Plant GAC Facility, which includes building a new GAC facility and all related appurtenances as shown in the drawings and described in the specifications. Bids must be submitted as a single prime contract on a lump sum price basis using the required bid form. Bids must be fully completed and executed with original signatures and corporate seals, and all bidders must be listed as plan holders by the plan distributor. Bidders must comply with sections regarding employment conditions, segregated facilities, affirmative action, equal opportunity, and applicable executive orders. All applicable federal acts such as the Davis-Bacon Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and others must be followed.
