Tuscola Intermediate School District needs to perform asphalt parking lot maintenance. The work involves filling cracks across nearly 363,000 sq.ft. of parking area. Cracks must be routered, cleaned, dried, and filled with 100% virgin rubber, with no backfill or fillers. Bidders must identify the product name and model, estimate the pounds of product required, provide a guarantee for the product and service, describe any price adjustments for unused product, and demonstrate the ability to work around school day calendars. Bidders should note that the purchaser reserves the right to revise quantities, reject any or all bids, and waive any informalities. Bids are to be for items identical to those specified unless deviations are fully documented. Delivery costs must be included in the bid, and the supplier assumes liability for damage or injury during delivery and handling. All related debris must be removed by the vendor upon completion of work. Bids must remain firm for at least 90 days or until project completion. Sealed bids are due on or before the stated deadline.
