Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hartleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Hartleton Borough will accept sealed bids for the paving of Old Schoolhouse Road unpaved section and North Catherine Street. Excavation includes pavement removal and saw cutting where needed. The work includes installing a subbase of compact 2A 6" and 35 MM Asphalt Base course and 9.5 MM Asphalt Wearing course. The paving contractor must pave to end ponding and seal pavement joints and tie-ins. All work and materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond for 100% of the contract made payable to the municipality will be needed from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be on forms provided by Hartleton. Hartleton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
