Sealed bids must be received prior to the stated time at the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Room 301, County Office Building. A pre-bid site visit will take place at the location's Security Entrance. For Youth Sports Education and Youth Sports Team Funding, Monroe County is requesting proposals, and documents can be obtained at www.monroecounty.gov/bid/rfps. There will be no formal opening of proposals. Responses must be received at the date, time, and location identified in the request for proposal. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Please use the following for budget numbers for bidding. GC-$170,000 - $210,000. EC-$225,000 - $275,000.
