Initiating Organization: Engineering District 2-0 Agreement Type: Project Specific 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Selection Process: Modified The project is anticipated to involve roadway and structure improvements along SR 220 in Lamar Twp, Bald Eagle Twp, Mill Hall Boro, Castanea Twp, Wayne Twp, Pine Creek Twp, and Avis Boro in Clinton County. These preservation activities are anticipated to be phased over multiple TIP's, and work orders will be written as projects are programmed. The initial project is anticipated to focus on pavement preservation with a current construction estimate around $6,000,000. Subsequent work orders could include preliminary engineering, final design, and construction consultation of bridge and/or roadway improvements throughout the SR 220 corridor in Clinton County. The preliminary engineering tasks should include, but not be limited to: Public Involvement, supplemental survey, utility coordination, preliminary Signing and Pavement Marking Plan, preliminary M.P. & T Plans, Line/Grade/Typical Sections, cross sections, preliminary and final TS&L's, preliminary drainage design, NPDES/Erosion and Sedimentation Plan preparation, preliminary GER, SEPS, roadway & structure borings, preliminary MPT, and Design Field View Submission. The final design tasks should include, but not be limited to: Supplemental Surveys, Final Roadway Plans, Cross Sections, Utility Coordination/Engineering, Traffic Control Plans, Final Signing and Pavement Marking Plans, Structure Foundation Report, Final Structure Plans, Pavement Design, Final Drainage Design, Constructability Review coordination, and P.S.&E. package preparation. Construction Services tasks should include, but not be limited to: Shop Drawing Review and Construction Consultation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
