Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a residential development in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

To solicit sealed competitive proposals to establish agency specific contracts for prime contractors to perform rehabilitation, reconstruction, mitigation, elevation, replacement, and new construction of single family residential structures, including manufactured housing and modular homes damaged by the New Mexico 2024 Disaster Events.
