Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Port Lambton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work is located at Riverview Central School in Port Lambton, Ontario. The work includes the construction of AODA compliant pedestrian ramps with tactile plates per OPSDs; installation of pavement markings, traffic signs and RRFB for Level 2 Type B PXO per OTM Book 15; supply and installation of new roadway lighting equipment such as light poles, duct and wiring, and power supply cabinet; and removal of the existing street lighting equipment and conflicting pavement markings and traffic signs. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will not be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
