Renovation of a mixed-use development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes the provision of all materials, labour, and equipment necessary to replace the roof at Park West School, as defined by the drawings and specifications prepared by FBM Architecture Inc. Full roof replacement including removal of existing roof assemblies and installation of new EPDM or modified bitumen roofing systems, insulation, vapour barrier, gypsum sheathing, flashing, drains, skylights, access ladder and associated components Documents are available at https://procurement-portal.novascotia.ca/tenders/hrce-4300 Direct any questions or clarification on Fire Safety in addition to above requirements to Fire Chief. Question Deadline 06/02/2026 Proponents must notify the Purchasing Manager, by email at nrideout@hrce.ca no less than five (5) working days before the RFP Closing regarding any questions, omissions, errors or ambiguities found in the documents.
